ഉദിച്ചുയരുന്ന സൂര്യന്റെ കിരണങ്ങളിലും ഇറ്റ് വീഴുവാൻ വെമ്പി നിൽക്കുന്ന പുൽനാബിൻ തുമ്പത്തെ
മഞ്ഞുകണികകളിൽ പോലും വിശുദ്ധിയുടെ കണികകൾ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരു കാലം . പ്രതീക്ഷകളും സ്വപ്നങ്ങളും
പ്രത്യാശയും ഒക്കെ നിറഞ്ഞു നിന്നി രുന്ന ഒരു കാലത്തി ന്റെ നിറവും ചില രുചി ഓർമകളും ആണെനിക്ക്

ഡോർചെസ്റ്ററിലൂടെ ഒരു നടത്തസവാരി

ആരോഗ്യ മേഖലയിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നവർ നിറഞ്ഞുനിൽക്കുന്ന ഈ കൂട്ടായ്മയിൽ കയറി നടത്തത്തിന്റെ വ്യായാമഗുണങ്ങളെപ്പറ്റി പറയുന്നതിൽ ഒരു ഔചിത്യക്കുറവില്ലേ? ഈ രംഗത്ത് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നവർ ആണ് ഏറ്റവും അലമ്പ് രോഗികൾ എന്നൊക്കെ അർത്ഥം വരുന്ന പ്രയോഗങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും (ഉദാ: Doctors make the worst patients)! എമിനെൻസ് ക്ലബ് ഒരു കൂട്ടനടത്തം സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നറിഞ്ഞപ്പോഴും, വ്യായാമത്തെക്കാളുപരി, സുഹൃത്തുക്കളോടൊപ്പം കത്തി വച്ച് നടക്കാമല്ലോ എന്ന് കരുതി തന്നെയാണ് വാട്സാപ്പിൽ പേരിട്ടത്

ഇംഗ്ലണ്ടിലെ കാട്ടിലൂടെ ഒരു നടത്തം

നാഷണൽ വോക്കിങ് മന്തിനോടനുബന്ധിച്ചു എമിനെൻസ് ക്ലബ് അംഗങ്ങൾ നടത്തിയ രണ്ടാമത്തെ നടത്തം. ഭൂരിപക്ഷം ക്ലബ്ബ് അംഗങ്ങളുടെ താല്പര്യപ്രകാരം ” പുഡിൽ ടൌൺ ഫോറസ്റ് :” ആണ് നടത്തത്തിന് വേണ്ടി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്. രാവിലെ 10:30 തോടുകൂടി ക്ലബ്ബംഗങ്ങൾ എത്തിച്ചേരുകയും 11 മണിയോടുകൂടി നടത്തം ആരംഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. നടത്തം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനു മുൻപേ തന്നെ വോളണ്ടിയർമാർ സുരക്ഷിതത്വത്തിന് വേണ്ടിയുള്ള വ്യക്തമായ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ നൽകി.
